I built Movement Catalyst because I was tired of watching serious amateur athletes get crushed by training that ignored their sport.
Drawing on FRC (Functional Range Conditioning), ELDOA, my degree in exercise physiology, and a deep dive into the Titleist Performance Institute golf, fitness, and power tracks, I build smart, individualized programs that help athletes consistently beat their own performance expectations.
